As soon as you check in, head straight for the pool deck.

After your 3:00 p.m. check-in, slip into your swimwear and step outside. Take a refreshing dip in the pool, then unwind in the jacuzzi while gazing at Mt. Fuji.
Finish with a sauna session and a moment of pure relaxation on the daybeds—reset, recharge, and ease into your stay.

Head over to the Annex—let the games begin.

On the first floor of the Annex, our amusement lounge offers four classic recreations to enjoy together: darts, billiards, table tennis, and air hockey. Fully indoors, it’s the perfect playground even on rainy days. A team tournament-style showdown is guaranteed to bring the energy up a notch.

BBQ time!

After a full afternoon of fun, you’ll be ready to feast. Gather around the BBQ deck and enjoy a lively dinner together. With a covered roof, it’s perfect even in the rain. And in the colder months, you can use the indoor BBQ grill—so a great BBQ experience is yours year-round, 365 days a year.

When the BBQ winds down, head back inside the villa.
While the kids keep enjoying the pool and the amusement lounge, adults can settle in and savor a relaxed second round in the dining area.

As night deepens, step into the garden for a fireside moment.

It’s time for the fire pit. Head outside, light the logs, and simply unwind as you watch the flames dance. Handheld fireworks are also welcome—adding a little extra sparkle to the night.

Still not ready to call it a day? Then it’s time for a karaoke showdown.
With our online karaoke system, you’ll find everything from the latest hits to timeless classics—so sing your heart out and keep the night going.

The property features six bath areas in total—three in the main villa and three in the Annex—so even large groups can enjoy a relaxed, unhurried soak without waiting.

2nd day

A morning stroll—running free with your dog.

Start your day with a gentle walk on the small hill within the estate. Step just a little further and Lake Kawaguchi is right nearby. And nothing beats the feeling of letting your dog sprint and play across our 300-tsubo private dog run—pure morning bliss.

Breakfast on the Fuji-view terrace.

Enjoy a hot, freshly made toasted sandwich on the Fuji-view terrace. On a clear morning, Mt. Fuji rises magnificently right before you. Breakfast on the pool deck is also a wonderful way to start the day.

One last swim before checkout.

With a relaxed 11:00 a.m. checkout, there’s plenty of time to enjoy the morning. After breakfast, take another refreshing dip in the pool, then wind down with a sauna session and leave feeling perfectly reset.
